We only accept returns and refunds if the item you received doesn't match the listing description and is not as described, and if the item arrives damaged.

For Pokémon Cards we do not accept returns due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry.

We typically ship orders after 24 hours of placing. Arrival times depend on your location, but it typically takes within 1 or 2 weeks to arrive. We ship all our orders through USPS.
